I am looking for a respectful and mature tenant/tenants to take care of my home. Ideally, we would sign a two year lease for $940/month, but I will be flexible for the “right” fit. I will be showing the home between May 28th and June 2nd.
Move in will require first, last and one month’s refundable deposit ($2970). Pet’s require an additional, refundable $250/pet deposit.
2BRM ALTERNATIVE: I will also be willing to rent the two larger bedrooms for $800/month with the agreement that I can use the third room when I’m in town (up to 2 months). My room would be open for use when I wasn’t using it.
Estimated utilities according to the preset tenants are: Water($100-200/yr), Propane($300-$600/yr) and Electricity($30-90/month). You will also be responsible to haul your own trash or pay for pickup.
