Durango Rentals

Looking for a 3 month rental for December – February in the $1200/mo range. 2+ Bedrooms preferably.

Houses only please, no condos. Might consider a townhouse if it has some yard.

Furnished or unfurnished considered. Consider in the city or with property but want to be within a reasonable drive to DMR.

MUST be able to get reliable high-speed internet at property.

We are 2 responsible & clean people who own rentals of our own so we know how to be good tenants. Non-smokers. Cash payment possible for right deal.

We do have 2 friendly well behaved older (10 years) dogs – a golden retriever and a mix.
