Local couple is looking for a home in town that allows one pet. We have both lived in Durango for many years and are looking for a long term lease in a 3 or 2 bedroom, 2 or 1.5 bathroom (with bathtub), backyard and washer/dryer (hookups ok). We are both professionals that are looking for a home that likes to be clean and well kept.
