My son, dog, a friend (she helps me with my son when I have to work) and I are looking to move to the Durango/Ouray/Telluride area at the end of August.
We are looking to spend around $1000/mo for rent (preferably less) but could possibly look as high as $1200 (if that includes some/all utilities).
We are looking for a 2 bd+, preferably a home or townhouse w/yard for our dog. Also would LOVE a garage.
Our dog is a an american pitt bull but she is a lover. My 6 yr old son is more dangerous then she ;o)
OH, we also need to be near an elementary school (within driving distance for those winter storms).
I run an online boutique (www.sam-eboutique) and work for LMW Associates (www.lmwassoc.com). But, I am looking for extra work as well as housing. Upon request I can send my resume. I have approx. 10 yrs of experience in the retail/sales industries. I have also been trained as a professional cleaner. Can also do babysitting and/or pet sitting.
